RouteDetect is a route optimization tool that helps users determine the most efficient order for visiting multiple customer addresses. The Service uses the Google Maps Directions API to calculate optimized routes and generates links to open those routes in Google Maps.

Certain features of the Service (including Paid plans) may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@routedetect.com if you become aware of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, or if required by law.

The Free plan provides access to basic route optimization features with pre-loaded addresses. The Free plan is offered "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
Paid Plan
The Paid plan provides additional features including CSV address upload, unlimited custom addresses, and CRM integration. Paid plan features and pricing are described on our website and may be updated from time to time.
Billing and Payment
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method for the applicable fees. All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your Paid plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to offer refunds at our sole discretion.
Free Plan
The Free plan provides access to basic route optimization features with pre-loaded addresses. The Free plan is offered "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

Use the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage or places undue burden on our infrastructure.

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service (e.g., customer addresses uploaded via CSV). By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

The Service, including its design, code, features, content, logos, and trademarks, is owned by RouteDetect and protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service except for the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.
